College Expedition USA Overview

COVID-19 NOTICE
Due to the changing nature of campus environments due to COVID-19, university tours are tentative. The CE team will communicate with students on any changes.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
College Expedition aims to inspire students to aspire for education of the highest possible quality for them. CE USA is NOT intended to provide every aspect in the deepest level throughout the weekend.
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
You must be entering 9th-12th grade in the October 2026 to apply for Fall 2026 CE USA
APPLICATION DEADLINE
August 9, 2026 at 11:59pm PT
APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENSION POLICY
We cannot accommodate any deadline extensions. This is because the next steps in the process, such as the time required for application grading and quality assurance, are integral to our process and cannot be changed.
DECISIONS
Student decisions will start being shared early September.
COST
The cost of College Expedition for students is $375. Travel is NOT included. The application is need-blind which means applicants are chosen based on their merits, irrespective of their financial status.
FINANCIAL AID
Financial aid is available in the form of subsidy. Details on our subsidy options are provided in a later section of this application.
Notes:
- Applications are on-going between July 24, 2026 - August 9, 2026 at 11:59pm PT.
- Applications submitted after August 9, 2026 at 11:59pm PT will NOT be accepted.
- Your application will only be considered for the expeditions you select below.
- Applications can be saved to complete later using the check box at the bottom of each page.
Strongly encouraged tips:
1. We encourage you to save your responses on another document just so it is saved in a secondary location.
2. We recommend that you save frequently.
3. Do NOT wait until the last few minutes to submit your application. CE USA is not responsible for any technical difficulties.
4. You will receive a completion receipt emailed to the email being used for their login. Please save this email as proof of submission if any issues arise.
